ANWAR'S SEPT 16

Sept 16 came but where is the promised fireworks by Anwar Ibrahim, the de factor leader of Parti Keadilan Rakyat? He promised that today he would takeover the government. Even as off last night the Opposition leader had said he would takeover the government today. But alas, it turned out to be an empty vessel making a lot of noise.
Some people are angry, some consoling, some hopeful that it would really happen. But I personally don't think so. At a press conference today, the leader or so-called leader said he wants to meet the Prime Minister to tell Abdullah that he does not want a curfew imposed and that the transition of power done in an orderly manner. What a load of bull.
He also claims that he has 31 BN MPs under his fold and that more are joining by the hour. Thats a laughable. Just wait another few days then and maybe all 222 MPs would be in PKR since they are joining by the hour! When asked for the list of MPs, Anwar as usual was elusive.
If Anwar had the 31 MPs as he claims, he would have made a big huha over it. He would have organised a march to Istana Negara and another at Putrajaya. He would have asked the King to declare him Prime Minister. He would have virtually stormed into the PM's office or the Parliament. That is Anwar. He strives on controversies.
But this time he has over stepped his boundaries by promising the date he would come to power. That was a mistake. Now his credibility is at stake. The people would have to reevaluate Anwar's credibility all over again!

p/s And Mr OldFart, bye-bye. Please don't waste your time and mine contributing if you don't have anything to contribute. I don't mind losing one person. At least the blog would be cleaner.
For those who don't know what I am talking about, the person using the nick has used foul language etc despite several warnings. I have always published what he had to say even if it was hurtful to others but I guess like Anwar, he had over stepped his boundaries too. Bye-Bye pal!

Dear Brother Saravanan,

"A man without dream is like deadman walking"

Its not the end of the world. If 916 never happen, there always will be another day. Goals can be always re-set again. Endless fight and keep the positive attitude. Lets say if there is 31 members to be reveal by DSAI, I dont think present BN government will just simply hand over with a hand shake? DSAAB is not a saint, or shall I say he is not Mahathma who give away pakistan. For the purpose, BN will create had-hoc. Look at Thailand indeed. Its not easy as "show your list and BN will give way to PR"

Come on bro,
Even in the present G12 many BN candidate created had-hoc situation when they lost. What DSAI is up to is clearly stated. To share with you, once there is an oversea educated INDIAN question me about indian being independent in my blog. He told me not to ask for subsidies. Indian should strive for the best. YES, I agreed with him, but the question is not the subsidies or opportunity but WHY the DOUBLE STANDARD that been practise by BN, rule by UMNO as a leader. In the resent case about a uncivilized guy who said PENDATANG after 51 years of independent, dont you think its a humiliation to all of us? If this statement was said in the early days than its still ok. The May 13, happend in the early days as we dont understand the struggle. But after 51 years its a humiliation. Even TUN's father is actually from kerala INDIA and TUN's actual name is Mahathir s/o Iskandar Kutty @ Mahathir Mohamed. He dint even have a BIN. Even when TUN was at University in Singapore, he was listed ans an INDIAN. Can we call him pendatang? How he got his BUMIPUTRA status?

I has not found chocs in BN's cookies, but I still have a choice to to look for PR's cookies. If I dont find any chocs in PR's cookies than its the same and I dont loose anything. But finding new opportunity is always 50/50. Who know if there is chocs in PR's cookies. The Indian (NON MALAYS) will benefits....

So dont be a hard headed, time changes....

Anwar says he has the numbers and delaying it is not an excuse, but he's merely setting things on track before he delivers the final blow. BN says he's bluffing. We can all speculate and nothing more. I agree with you for now as all indications tend to go against Anwar since besides SAPP who has left BN, no defectors have shown up. BUT despite all these, if Anwar throws his trump card and forms the Govt, you'll have to agree with me that it was a masterstroke of a genius. After being called a bluff by all, aided by the media support, if he can hand over the blow, hats of to Anwar. For now, lets just say you have the lead.

p/s- MIC should probably look up at SAPP as a benchmark in standing by their principles.

well, thats Anwar la Datuk. Those in the BN should not bother much about it. Let him do his dirty job and pull stupid tricks. Just get on the job of serving the people.

I don't know who to blame anymore. I thought Anwar was Ok compared to the BN but now I don't think so. What kind of a leader would tell the world that he would take the government by Sept 16 and then when the day arrives talk like nothing happened. Now he says in a few days. Do you expect me to believe his nonsense, even if he comes to power. Most probably after becoming PM, he would be a far worst flip flop than the one we already have.

Can the Bn govt just do what we voted for! Cut your rhetorics and work for us! it looks like all politicians in the country are busy politicking rather than working for the people! Sjame on you guys and gals.

Dear Datuk, I have been following your blog from day 1. Although I would like to congratulate you for setting up this site, I am rather dissapointed. I know there are many MIC people surfing everyday and the thing is they do not lift a finger to defend the MIC. I am not saying the party is perfect but the least they can do is defend it by saying a few words. Whatever it is, just keep going and may be you would reach your destiny.

Well, well look at that. That OldFart got to you also ah? I have suspected all the while that he must be someone who is purposely whcking you. Maybe you did not do him a favour Datuk, or not he would be your best fren by now. There are many old farts out there, now he would change his nick and may be call himself a YoungerFart....heheheheheh

well dtk as they say this is blogspehere. Anyone can say anything and hide behind nick names. I guess our oldfart just does not have the guts to introduce who he really is. Anway to better things, I think you guys should just forget Anwar and stick to getting the country back on track. He will die a natural death, politically that is.
